DO WE SLOW DOWN THE PROGRESS OF THE SOULS BY COMMUNICATING WITH THEM?
This is a very widely asked question and to understand this better, we need to know what God and His angel's expectations are and how we can progress on the path to get close to God. What they want from us under normal circumstance as well as in return of a granted prayer is that (i) we be good (ii) we help others to be good and (iii) we spread the knowledge of God's existence and His kingdom. Again, we should spread the knowledge of God's existence and that of His kingdom only if we have acquired enough knowledge to do so - or else we should spread God's word by letting people have some good prayers and by letting people know how we received some heaven's help.
Therefore, to get closer to God we have to be on God's path first. Accepting God's existence is being on God's path. After that we can just be there for our entire life without progressing. To progress we first need to learn and obtain good knowledge of God's kingdom, His laws, His teachings, etc - yet by achieving this, we do not move forward to get closer to Him. It is only when we start to implement His teachings and obey His laws, that, we do start to move closer to Him step by step. Thus, implementing His wishes and His orders are some of the ways to get closer to Him.
We should also remember that no soul in the heavens can reach out to us or communicate with us without the permission of the angel-in-charge of that particular realm. Again, God or His angels would not allow any soul to do something that will be harmful to any soul or would slow down their progress in the heavens. A soul from the heavens is allowed to communicate with someone wanting to take a link only after obtaining God's permission. Once this permission is granted by God, this soul can leave the realm and communicate whenever this soul is called upon to communicate.
All communication is done under supervision of higher angels and information is given out as per the level of the person communicating and only to the extent that God allows.
What we should understand carefully is that the main interest of our loved ones in the heavens is to see that we do not waste our term on earth and that we take maximum advantage to progress to get closer to God's angels and eventually to God. Secondly, they would like to help us whenever they can and would like to carry our prayers too. This is only possible if we think of them and ask them to help us.
Therefore, when we communicate with the souls in the heavens, we get helped and guided. When we listen to them and do as we are guided, we stand to progress. When we progress this way, it means that the soul who guided us actually did God's work and doing God's work causes any soul to progress.
By now we get an idea that there is nothing that can cause a soul's progress to be hampered by communicating. In fact by communicating with them and doing what they tell us to do, we are actually helping them to progress.
