SIMPLE OUTLINE OF GOD'S TEAM
God Almighty is the most powerful spirit and is at the apex of the good Spirit World. On His team are archangels, angels and good souls who help Him to look after His kingdom. All in the good Spirit World are to be looked upon as good souls of the good Spirit World.
There are 7 realms and souls are at various different levels and they have their powers in accordance with their levels. Within each realm are steps. For example, between level (realm) 5 and 6, there are steps like 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 etc. Souls keep taking rebirth to step up their levels faster.
Souls above certain levels, periodically, get some specific work to be undertaken. When a special task is allocated, souls need special powers and these are given to enable them to perform well. These souls that have special powers to carry out their work, are called angels. Once a specific work is completed they go back from where they left and the powers that were given are withdrawn as they are no longer needed.
After attaining a reasonable level, some souls decide to progress only in the Spirit World (meaning they do not want to return to earth and take a rebirth by their own choice). If some of these souls are selected to do some special work then they are given permanent powers and they are then named angels with the powers that go along. For example, angels of love, angels of protection, and so on.
Those angels that are at higher levels than the others lead teams of their own. Example, a team that is in charge of people’s protection can have several souls on the team with several angels and they are in turn guided by one senior angel. Some requirements are met by these angels by granting what the team needs because they have this power which is given by God to them. If any request of a prayer is outside the power of these angels, then these are put to God Almighty. All prayers so far recommended by these senior angels to God for His approval, have always been granted by God without any exceptions.
Guardian angels: All guardian angels are archangels. Their main task is to grant protection to us, but only to the extent that God desires. This protection is extended to meet the needs of each individual. One person can have more than one guardian angel's protection or on the other hand one guardian angel can protect more than one person. This depends on the desire of God and on the mission of the person. Mission of a person simply means the plan that each person has come to earth with. This does not mean that everything is planned for us and that we are not responsible for anything for the reason that everything is planned for us. What a plan means is, that before we take a birth on earth we are told what to expect. For example, souls in the Spirit World do not have any gender. Therefore, things that are planned are the gender, place of birth, mother through whom the soul may want to take birth etc.
As God's domain expands, God delegates some areas to some archangels totally. They are given powers to look after these areas on their own without referring to God Almighty. They are then the final deciding authority in such areas and they do not need to refer anything to God Almighty because of the power vested in them. Still they do have to keep God Almighty informed of all the major decisions that they would have taken. They are called smaller Gods.
We need to understand that God Almighty has a lot to look after and He does so with His team of which every soul in the good Spirit World participates. Few of selected archangels remain with God Almighty all the time and they only attend to His direct wishes or His orders and they are called 'God's own angels'.
