REBIRTH
Rebirths are taken under two instances:

When a soul wants to progress.

When a soul is sent by God Almighty or His angels to do some work.
The main points of discussion are to draw attention of the souls to progress and to enjoy the stay on the earth.
When a soul wants to take a rebirth to progress then that soul has to make it known to another soul in the realm who will then take this request to some good angels of God for necessary permission. This soul is then invited for some discussion to evaluate the reasons of why the soul wants to take a rebirth. Some of the points of discussion can be:

When a soul wants a quick rebirth after a successful progress on earth - then permission is given without much discussion.

When a soul wishes to take rebirth in a gender which that soul has not undertaken before - the soul needs to understand about the hardships of adjusting and the struggle that may be faced with the change and if a proper thought is not given to this then the soul may get a setback and not be able to perform their duties adequately which may result in the dropping of the soul’s level.

When a soul has previously taken rebirth in both genders then discussion is not necessary.

When a soul decides to take rebirth after a very long time then more training and information is given to the soul. Depending on the reasons why the soul wants a rebirth they are helped to choose their parents.

When a soul wants to take a rebirth because they want to be with other loving souls that have taken a rebirth, then such rebirths are very special as more detailed planning is required. This is to ensure that these souls meet and are close to each other where they will be able to share the good vibrations and always remain together.

When a soul wants to take a rebirth to be with their loving souls to protect them and so that they both progress then it will be planned to ensure that they form relationships such as business colleagues or as neighbours.
